Built-to-Order Production
Every Waaban Chair is made to order in Canada. Production begins once your order is confirmed. Standard production time is typically 10 days, depending on specifications and current demand.
Shipping Timelines
Once production is complete, your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Estimated delivery timelines vary by location:
- Ontario and major urban centres: 2–5 business days
- Other Canadian regions: 3–10 business days
- Remote or northern communities: delivery times will vary
All timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped using trusted national carriers. Carrier selection is based on delivery location and service availability.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is included in the purchase price. Additional surcharges may apply for remote or difficult-to-access locations.
Delivery and Receipt
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and accessible. Once a shipment is delivered to the address provided, responsibility transfers to the customer.
We recommend inspecting your shipment upon delivery. Any visible damage should be noted at the time of receipt.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Include photos and a description of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, labour disruptions, or supply chain interruptions.
Remote and Specialized Delivery
For remote, northern, or hard-to-access locations, additional transit time or coordination may be required. In some cases, we may contact you to confirm delivery arrangements.
