Waaban Chair – Returns, Cancellations & Warranty Policy

Built-to-Order Products

Every Waaban Chair is made to order based on your selected specifications. Once an order is confirmed and released into production, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins and changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom, built-to-order nature of the Waaban Chair, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• change of mind
• incorrect selections at time of purchase
• preference or comfort adjustments

We encourage customers to review all specifications carefully prior to ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your chair arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

We will:

• review the issue
• coordinate repair, replacement, or parts as required

Supporting photos and a description of the issue will be required.

Warranty

All Waaban Chairs are manufactured by ergoCentric and are backed by an industry-leading 10-year warranty.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover:

• misuse or abuse
• normal wear and tear
• unauthorized modifications

Warranty claims are supported and facilitated through our team in coordination with ergoCentric.

Shipping & Delivery

Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. Any visible damage should be noted at the time of receipt and reported promptly.
