The Waaban Chair is the result of a design collaboration between eSupply Canada and ergoCentric, featuring the work of Mi’kmaq artist Tracey Metallic. It brings Indigenous design and ergonomic performance together in a chair defined by presence and impact.

Each chair is made to order in Mississauga, ON.

Each chair is made to order. It takes approximately 2 weeks from your order being placed to the day it arrives.

Every Waaban Chair ships fully assembled so you can begin enjoying it the minute it arrives.

Exchanges & Returns

We want you to love your Waaban Chair and feel fully supported throughout your day.

If something doesn’t feel right, please contact our team at info@esupplycanada.ca. Because each chair is built using a modular system, we can adjust or replace individual components to ensure the right fit. Our goal is simple: make sure your chair performs the way it should for you.

We will work with you directly to fine-tune your chair, coordinate replacement parts, or arrange repairs. If needed, we will provide a complete replacement.

Exchanges

If we’re unable to resolve the issue through adjustments or replacement parts, you may exchange your chair. Our team will coordinate a convenient time to deliver the replacement and pick up the original.

If the replacement is lower in value, the difference will be refunded. If it is higher, the difference will be charged at the time of exchange.

Returns

If a modification or exchange does not resolve the issue, we will issue a full refund.

If possible, please repackage the chair in its original packaging. If packaging is no longer available, we will provide appropriate materials and coordinate pickup.

Warranty

If your chair arrives in anything less than perfect condition, please contact us at info@esupplycanada.ca and we will make it right. Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
